Smart Green Vision Organisation (SGVO) is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Mwenge, Kinondoni Municipality, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Established under the Non-Governmental Organizations Act No. 24 of 2002, SGVO operates across Tanzania Mainland with a commitment to promoting sustainable development and building resilient communities.
At SGVO, we believe that sustainable progress is achieved through innovation, environmental stewardship, and inclusive opportunities for all. Our work focuses on advancing climate-smart agriculture, digital transformation, renewable energy, environmental conservation, and inclusive education initiatives that empower individuals and communities to thrive in a changing world.
We work closely with smallholder farmers, youth, women, schools, local communities, development partners, and public institutions to promote practical and long-term solutions that improve livelihoods while protecting the environment. Through training, awareness campaigns, research, innovation, and community-led initiatives, we support access to green technologies, digital skills, vocational education, and sustainable economic opportunities.
